The predominance of design LAB’s subcontracted factories are frequently tested by respected third-party auditors to ensure they exceed stringent social-compliance standards.

In addition, for most of its products, design LAB uses independent auditors to rigorously assess product safety and quality. The company is well versed in the federal government’s Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requirements and our customers are provided with documentation that each item we manufacture passes the appropriate tests. The firm tests not only the products targeted for adults and children, but for pets as well. Design LAB is one of the few manufacturing firms to do this.
